ISTUMBLE® Terms and Conditions

The ISTUMBLE® App is an algorithm designed to act as a check list when assessing someone after a fall. It should be used in conjunction with yoru own manual handling policy, and is not designed to replace a clinical risk assessment.

If there are any clinical concerns that arise after the assessment of the individual that puts in doubt whether or not the person shoulw be moved, a senior clinican should be contacted or call 999 for an ambulance. Clinical decision making can be used to override the use of the App guidelines, and need to be justified by the attending clinician on a case by case basis.
