To give you added peace of mind, there is also the option to take out an extended warranty which means that even in the unlikely event of your equipment failing, you can get a replacement within 24 hours.
The extended warranty is very straightforward with no part costs, no policy excess, and no delivery charges.

Another option we also offer is a one year ‘Annual Service and Clean ‘package. This means you can have a visit once a year from one of our expert engineers to give your bath lift or lifting equipment a thorough service and good clean.
The service includes a PAT test to check that the electrical parts are safe. A LOLER inspection procedure is also available upon request. (Please note this does not cover any parts that may need to be replaced during the service or any additional call out requests.)
