    Delivery Policy

    Depending on the item, your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail or 3rd party carrier.  All orders delivered by 3rd party carrier will require a signature.

    Orders will be processed and despatched providing the payment and address details are correct. Our delivery times of 2-3 days are quoted as a guide. Mangar International Ltd. will not accept responsibility for transport delays or late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Goods will be despatched to the delivery address advised at the time of order. If nobody is available to receive the goods at the time of delivery, our nominated courier will leave a card and return the goods to the depot.

    UK Mainland Delivery Options

    Standard Delivery – FREE

    Provided your order is placed with us by 3 p.m., we will despatch your order the same day, for delivery to you the next working day.

    Pre 12 mid-day Delivery (Monday – Thursday only)

    Provided your order is placed with us by 3 p.m., we will despatch your order the same day, for delivery to you before 12 mid-day, the next working day*.

    *Pre 12 mid-day delivery is only available for orders made by 3 p.m, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed outside of this period will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

    Pre 10 a.m. Delivery (Monday – Thursday only)

    Provided your order is placed with us by 3 p.m., we will despatch your order the same day, for delivery to you before 10 a.m. the next working day**.

    **Pre 10 a.m. delivery is only available for orders made by 3 p.m, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed outside of this period will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

    Cancellation and Returns:

    If you are purchasing products as a private individual, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt by you (as long as the product you ordered isn’t a made to order/special order/non-returnable item).
    We cannot accept returns for bespoke items or made-to-order parts once the order has been received. We also cannot accept returns for any ‘used’ items that may pose a hygiene risk.
    If you do wish to cancel an order, please request a return authorisation by contacting our Customer Service Department on 0800 2800 485 or winncare@winncare.uk.
    The products must be returned in an unused condition and with the original packaging complete and intact. You must then return the item/s to us with immediate effect and at your own cost, in an unused condition and with the packaging complete and intact to Winncare, Presteigne Industrial Estate, Presteigne, Powys LD8 2UF.
    Once we have received the returned product/s in an unused condition, with complete packaging, we will then arrange for a refund of the cost of the order to be made via your original payment method. This will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return of the product/s.
    If you cancel an order and return the products stating that the product/s are faulty, we cannot send a replacement until the item has been returned to us and the fault has been identified. Alternatively, if it is deemed that the products are not indeed faulty, or if the products are returned in an opened state which means we are unable to resale the item, then no refund will be provided and the product/s will be returned to you. We reserve the right to charge for packing and despatch of such items.

    Unfulfilled orders:

    If we are unable to supply you with the Goods for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process the Order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
