Our Customer Relations Coordinator is at hand to organise an event at your workplace or help you find an off-site venue if this is more convenient. Mangar Product Awareness Events usually run over half a day, so we arrange a sandwich lunch on us!
Your dedicated Territory Mangar Account Manager will be there to provide an overview of our bathing, bed and manual handling equipment, encouraging you to try them yourself.
A Product Awareness Event is a free, no obligation chance to get close up with our products and really test to see if they will be useful for you and your clients. Following on from the event if you then decide that you wanted to carry out follow-ups with specific clients, our Customer Relations Coordinator can help organise this.

Through the Check and Assess service, every Local Authority store manager will have a dedicated Mangar Territory Account Manager to call upon for information, guidance and advice.
The Account Managers will pay regular and scheduled visits to stores to make sure all of our demonstration and stock products are fit to purpose and have all the necessary parts to function correctly. This means Local Authority store managers can be confident that through their dedicated Territory Account Manager all the Mangar products on their shelves are good to go for OT’s at all times.
