Our Mangar Service Packages ensure optimum performance of your products with an annual service. A service engineer will arrange a convenient time to call to your home, making sure all equipment and parts are in good working order.
The table below shows the one, three or five-year service packages with the benefits and cost of each. From as little as 26p a day you can have the peace of mind that your Mangar bathing equipment is covered in case of a breakdown, including call out charges and spare parts.
If anyone would like to book an appointment to have their Mangar products serviced, we can reassure you that our engineering team follow strict COVID-19 guidelines. All servicing will now be completed in the van and equipment will be picked up and dropped off in a pre-arranged place. Engineers will keep in contact with customers by phone, notifying arrival and departure times.

Here at Mangar we manufacture high quality, reliable and durable products, all of which come with a standard warranty. We understand that our customers rely on our products on a daily basis and can appreciate that it would be an inconvenience if it were to fail for any reason.
We offer an extended warranty cover to our customers so you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that if your Mangar equipment does fail, we can get replacement parts to you within 24 hours.
The extended warranty plan is straightforward and has no part costs, no policy excess, and no delivery charges. They can be extended by a further one, three or five years from as little as £78 (incl. VAT).
So, from as little as 10p per day, you can be confident that if anything happens to your equipment to make it fail, it will be up and running again before you know it.

If you have a long-term illness or if you’re disabled you won’t be charged VAT on products that are designed or adapted for your own personal or domestic use. This includes product servicing, extended warranties, accessories and spare parts.
If you think you’re eligible to reclaim VAT please let us know at the time of purchase to ensure you are paying the correct amount.
